Our house Democrat, otherwise known as Sniff, destroyed another household item - this time he chewed off the cord of our toaster oven; fortunately, the toaster was old, plus, we got another one. After his usual session of eating, running, eating some more, running some more, he is now resting from his hard labors in Baby Bro's room. George, after his also usual morning routine of whining, eating, and whining some more, is now sleeping on my bed.
Emergency tea kettle is out of commission, which necessitates the emergency purchase of a new one.
