MORNING UPDATE, June 24, 2012

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Sunday! Wishing all of you a fantastic week filled with His blessings! The horrible triple H is gone for the moment, and I hope to enjoy every single hour of this rocking weather! Cats are enjoying the once-again-opened windows.

Latest breakthrough in scientific research shows that in order to live to a 100 you have to have your 8 hours of shut-eye - I guess my aspirations are shot to hell in that department. The annual car quality report is in - Lexus is #1, and Jug, my second love, is #2 - DMV, here I come. Some genius put a collection of embarrassing yearbook pictures - but forgot to check my HS graduation album (if that would have been included, there was no need for additional shots). Some dude tattooed Judge Judy on his bicep - as long as it is not Michelle Obama.... The interior of Mars shows amazing similarities with Earth's mantle - and our liberals show amazing similarities with Mars's population. And a gaggle of young fans surprised Katy Perry by dressing like her - I guess parents decided to choose their battles wisely. And, finally, I decided to stop coffee cup updates till fall - because I am drinking it cold now, and the variety of glasses is not as fun as my mugs for hot drinks.

MORNING UPDATE, August 28, 2012

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Tuesday! Both of my cats, for reasons knows only to them, love to spend time in the bathroom and sit in the bathtub - go figure. 

Katy Perry's hair color is trending at #2 - well, hair and color are important, especially during the election year. Prince Harry is at #6: this time the question is as to the cost to the British taxpayers - big deal; just think about the cost of Obama family vacations to the American taxpayers - Brits got it on the cheep. At #1 is Dr. Phil's antique car that was stolen from the auto shop - for shame, steeling man's wheels! Christina Aguilera's skintight dress and pink hair are also on the minds of a lot of people - because this happened for the first time and she is the only one to ever do it. And there was a discussion on the Today about the vacation places to go and rejuvenate, and a place in Spain was mentioned: macrobiotic food and no coffee or sugar - what the heck kind of vacation is this without coffee or sugar, for effs sake?!! And last, but not least: Matthew McConaughey and his family were strolling along the Hudson on Sunday - heck, they took the idea from me! Am a blessed genius at family outings!

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Friday! Happy Erev Shabat! The weather is pretty decent for a January Day - but the big storm is expected to hit our cost, because, you know, global warming and stuffs.
George refuses to eat turkey now - tuna is still OK. Sniff re-discovered my bed last night, but this morning he decided to relocate to his favorite radiator.
This morning I decided to balance my checkbook and pay my bills before coffee and brunch - I wonder if straight jackets come in lavender, my favorite color.
Crazy upstairs did a short version of her routine today - I wonder if she is OK.

Currently trending at #1 is Jon Gosselin - because he "scores DJ gig". Wow, who knew the dude was so multitalented!
Trending at #2 is Kendall Jenner - because she "shows off some serious leg". Oh, come on! Since when are we so Victorian-minded as to swoon over some girl's legs? Plus, hers look pretty good, but I have seen better on the subway - and those were not airbrushed and/or photoshopped.
Trending at #3 is Kerry Washington - because she "could only trust" Louboutin's shoes when she was pregnant. Nice to know that those shoes are so "balanced" - will have to speak to the management about adding a book about Louboutin heels to our pregnancy section.
Katy Perry, on the other hand, went to the LA Fashion Awards in all pink outfit that included bubblegum pink Adidas' classic Duramo slides - OK, if a celebrity shows up in flip flops anywhere, I can sue for copyright infringement.
Here is another interesting tidbit - according to the study conducted by the University of Pennsylvania, "an individual’s Twitter behavior is a better predictor of coronary heart-disease than “smoking, diabetes, income and education — combined.” Wow, I am speechless!

MORNING UPDATE, October 23, 2012

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Tuesday! The weather is on the blah side today. 

The raging discussion is on about who won - not the last debate, though. The specialists on the case are trying to figure out who looked better in sheer ivory dress - Katy Perry or Ashlee Simpson. Princess Sopia is trending at #1 - she is the new Disney character, and the first Hispanic princess. The reason she is trending so high is because she, along with new Minnie Mouse, are too skinny - personally, I don't know what pisses me off more - the near anorexia or Disney's political correctness. Justin Timberlake is trending at #7 due to being wed last week and having no complains so far - sheesh, still being happy a week after the wedding is news?!! Kirsten and R-Patz are reconciled, but now pulled apart by work - and he looks glum. I thought being glum was part of his allure, but I am not a twyheart tween, so what do I know.

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Friday! Happy Erev Shabat! The weather looks nicer than yesterday - yippee!! 

Presidential polls are trending at #1 - now I am really surprised! Kirsten Stewart was "sporting a youthful look" - she is in her 20s, for effs sake! What other look is she supposed to be sporting? Katy Perry was singing for Obama in a "tight voting ballot dress" - are you going to pay your fair share, Katy? Experts were trying to figure out how much is Earth worth (all the resources, that is) - did they figure out how much damage human idiocy does to it? And no more news about Biel/Timberlake nuptials - how disappointing!

Good Morning, peeps! Happy Tuesday! The weather is sunny and nippy. 

Well, it's election day, but it does not trend at the top 10 - I am officially floored with surprise! The closest we come is at #5 - Katy Perry's skintight ballot dress, which trolls for comrade Hussein; well, I was never a fan of Katy's music, so, boycotting it is way too easy. At #7 is an attempt of the hostile takeover of Netflix - well, my subscription is cancelled for now, so, as long as they don't charge me for this month for the services I am not using, I am cool either way. Shaq is trending at #6 because he bought a huge house for a bargain price of $235K - shudders at our racist country! Beyonce's hair are still very much in the news - I guess the new style IS earth-shattering. And, finally, there is a story of Playboy's model telling her mother about it - gee, every woman's dream to hear her daughter posed for this venerated and highly intellectual publication!
