Good Morning, peeps! Happy Friday! Happy Erev Shabat! It's warming up!! Flip flops were worn, of course. Sniff is in a very friendly mood, and even allowed some snuggle time. George got a chance to explore the inside of my dresser, and is now snoozing on my bed.
The crazy upstairs already performed her routine.
A woman came into the store looking for a book on the war of 1812 that's "on the child's level"; as she herself had no idea that America actually fought some kind of a was in 1812, I offered her a book on American history "on the child's level".
Currently trending at #1 is Bristol Palin - because of her support for Phil Robertson. Crucify both of them!
Trending at #2 is Katie Couric - because her talk show was cancelled. I guess once she had to do something slightly different from constant attacks on the right wingers and spreading malicious lies about them, it sorta did not work out.
Trending at #4 is Harry Potter - as it is becoming a stage play. Have mixed feelings about that one.
Trending at #8 is Kate Upton, who "sizzles in bikini" for her new movie trailer. Feminists, where are you on this one?
Somebody had a bright idea of inserting our celebrities into the classic works of art - the result confirmed my earlier assertions that most of modern entertainers are butt ugly.
"A foodie pilot for Pakistan International Airlines" delayed an international flight for more than 2 hours because he refused to take off without sandwiches on board - parents of picky eaters, rejoice! You have it pretty easy after all.
"Anxiety linked to higher risk of a stroke" - duh!
New York Daily News actually compiled the list of Justin Bieber's top worst moments of 2013 - I guess doing it to Obama is a bit risky.
Coffee this morning in my Get a Grip mug.

MORNING UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 1
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Sunday! Shavua Tov! Wishing all of you a fantastic week! The weather is still August-y, but, hopefully, not for long. Felines are sleeping in their usual spots: George on my bed, and Sniff on Baby Bro's - in direct opposition to the official ownership.
Happy First of September! By my calculations, the Hogwarts Express is about to reach its destination - good luck in your new school year, young witches and wizards!
FB is now suggesting I follow Debbie Wasserman Schultz - Zuckerberg, stop pushing your political agenda already!
In the news today:
Kate Bosworth got married - Mazal Tov!
Reese Witherspoon inspired a whole article on her handbag collection - bombshell news indeed.
A woman who was recently traveling on Air India claimed that her entertainment unit insulted her by flashing the message "Lie low ... Sit down you idiot!" - I think someone just needs to acquire a sense of humor.
A new study claims that wolfs howl when they get separated from the pack because they miss their special companion - aw! I guess wolfs make better mates than humans do.
Egyptian authorities detained a migratory bird under suspicion of spying; the veterinary experts that were called in explained that the electronic device attached to the bird was neither a bomb or a spying device, but rather a tracker attached by scientists. At present the bird still remains in jail pending the permission from the prosecutors - I guess there is no cure for paranoid stupidity.
And, finally, Kate made her first public appearance after giving birth - no snide comments so far from either Guardian or local feminists.
Coffee this morning in my Disney Dalmatian Spots mug.

MORNING UPDATE - AUGUST 15
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Thursday! The weather rocks once again! It looks like a miracle will happen this year, and the Con Ed bill for August will be lower than the one for July. Cats, of course, are enjoying the weather to the fullest, especially Sniff - he is running around like crazy with his tail fluffed and altogether being a cute young kitty. George finally finished his pill course last night - by the last pill he got the whole process down pat. Both of them take periodic advantage of the open window in the kitchen. By the way, if you need a great person to take care of a slightly ailing cat, Baby Bro is your man!
Trending at #10: Cat DNA readings - I was curious as to what exactly can the DNA of my furry friends offer society, but this story is about a guy in Britain convicted of manslaughter because the DNA from the cat hair found on victim matched his pet. Scary and fascinating at the same time.
Jennifer Aniston "swapped" her usual black for a "flirty floral" - Jen, I could have sworn you were not hanging out in Brooklyn; why is black your signature color?
"Oprah Winfrey opens up about her man" - anything to gloss up the fact of falsely accusing a store clerk of racism. Good job, Oprah!
"Mama June picks her wedding dress" - "after trying on a few duds, (including a look-alike Kate Middleton gown), the reality star finds a winner." Spare me!
JC Penny is under attack for their back to school ad which, supposedly, promotes bullying of people who do not wear the "right" kind of clothes - it does not promote anything, just states the bleeding obvious - but then, I assume, truth usually hurts.
Lisa Kudrow just started trending at #1, but I can't see why - maybe because she gave some kind of an interview?
"Best places for rich and single" - what is this, gold-diggers of both sexes unite and conquer?
According to a new book by a political science professor, people who read all of HP 7 books "tend to be "more open to diversity; politically tolerant; less authoritarian; less likely to support the use of deadly force or torture; more politically active; and are more likely to have a negative view of the Bush administration." - really? Harry Potter is a tool that helps produce politically correct morons with Bush derangement syndrome? It think they arrived there despite the boy wizard.
Taylor Swift "hates" Justin Bieber, "feuding" with Selena Gomez - um, why the heck can't they just sing?!!!
And, finally, Kate, who is now staying with the baby by her mother, is considering a prolonged visit of about 6 months - wise move, lady!
Coffee this morning in my smiley faces mug.

MORNING UPDATE - AUGUST 1
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Thursday! Happy first day of August! The weather is getting worse again, but still not bad, although the a/c had to be on last night. Sniff came in to snuggle in the wee hours, licked my hand, and then plopped down on my face. After that he was waiting for me at the bathroom door, breakfasted with me, and is now sitting on top of the couch and contemplating his next move. George decided to skip the usual routine this morning and just continued sleeping on top of the bookcase.
Of the four different stamp designs we have Baby Bro chose everlasting love for our rent check - interesting move.
Happy Belated Birthday to Harry Potter - and Joanne Rowling!
Guess who is trending at #1 right now? Nope, that passed. Monica Lewinsky! Because the new details of her affair with Slick Willy came out, and, well, public needs to know. But, despite the news, Bill's lecture fees did not go down in price.
Helen Hunt is trending at #4 because she is going to "direct herself" in some kind of new movie - listen, you want to be in charge of your career, go for it! Just please refrain from any and all political involvement.
Trending at #7: Kristen Stewart - it looks like fame got to her head a bit, and she "flipped out on paparazzi". It's sort of newsworthy, but not really interesting due to lack of originality.
Trending at #10: Selena Gomez. It looks like she gave yet another interview about her new album, her 21st birthday, and, of course, Bieber - I think her fans need immediate intervention! I mean, how many times do they need to hear about all this?
"Snooki's classy bikini look" - what is this, a contest on who could come up with a bigger oxymoron in their headlines?
Another one: "What K-Fed looks like today" - um, does anyone still care?
The discussion about Pauley Perette's t-shirt is still on - for more than 24 hours?
And, finally, according to Hollywood Reporter, the royal baby was "Bigger News Than the Pope, Obama's Second Inauguration" - way to go, little Georgie!
Coffee this morning in my white glass from Target.

MORNING UPDATE - JULY 9
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Tuesday! Triple H once again - blessed July in New York! Ladies, I hope that you had a fantastic Rosh Chodesh yesterday and did not burden yourselves with too much housework. As we are in the middle of 9 days, your husbands were excused from giving you the requisite presents.
Feline companions declared detente and are trying to keep to their respective corners and ignore each other as much as possible - but Sniff is constantly tempted to brake the truce and go on the offensive.
Emma Watson revealed in a recent interview that when she was a child, she took her inspiration from Emma Bunton, aka Baby Spice - and so the chain continues.
"Heidi Klum debuts superfrizzy hairstyle" - well, it is summer, and a lot of women I know complain of frizzy hair during the summer, so, maybe Heidi wants to become one with the masses?
Brad Pitt is, apparently, jealous of Matt Damon, because Damon can walk his kids to school (as his wife is not a famous actress), and Pitt (who is shacked up with a very famous one), can't - aw, poor baby! My heart bleeds borsch for his plight - and my head hurts when I remember how many morons actually think that anything this jackass says is worthy of listening to, never mind repeating.
George Clooney broke up with his latest girlfriend - oh, come one! The dude declared time and again that he is a confirmed bachelor and does not believe in long-term relationships, so what kind of airhead would want to be with him to begin with? Ah, why am I asking - after all, there are plenty of dunces from both sexes who actually think that he is a talented actor and a handsome guy.
Princess Beatrice (Will and Harry's cousin) claimed that she loved Harry Potter books so much that it helped her overcome her dyslexia - another muggle rescued by Harry's magic.
Bieber's mother is worried about his bad behavior - duh!
And, finally, Kate and Will's baby got an official royal title - let the kid appear in peace, for goodness sake, then worry about the names and the titles.
Coffee this morning in my Chivas glass - yes, I know, sacrilege galore!

MORNING UPDATE - JUNE 28
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Friday! Happy Erev Shabat! The weather is - well, whatever, it's summer, so I have to brace myself for the next 3 months. Thank The Good Lord for a/c!
The crazy upstairs is doing her crazy thing, which now includes schlepping furniture back and forth.
George woke me up this morning demanding to be petted, and is now sleeping on my bed. Sniff is in the cat house - he recently woke up from his nap, stretched, sent a few disdainful looks in my direction, and went back to sleep.
In honor of the Harry Potter's 15th Anniversary, Scholastic unveiled a new cover for the Prisoner of Azkaban - the series are fantastic and unique without any idiotic illustrations, especially The Prisoner, Scholastic!
Beyonce posted a bunch of pictures of her daughter, and the public is fascinated by baby's designer shoes - aw, how sweet and spittoon worthy!
Alyssa Milano is currently trending at #1 because she "Looks Amazing At Age 40 On The Cover Of Maxim" - great accomplished!
Sylvester Stallone is currently trending at #3 because he is teaming up with Arnold once again - and not to try and deprive us of our 2nd Amendment rights, mind you, but actually to do their primary job and collaborate on the new movie.
"Sandra Bullock flaunts surprising skill" - she is fluent in German. Usually, I would wonder if that was a slow news day so this one got a special headline, but I know that we have not been lacking for news in at least half a year, so, what gives?
Out of top ten US cities for car thefts, seven are located in sunny California - so, it's a land of fruits, nuts, and car thieves. My long-ago decision not to move there looks more and more appealing.

MORNING UPDATE - JUNE 27
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Thursday! The weather is - well, it's summer in New York, hell damn fart!
Sniff was running around last night - which he stopped doing since the beginning of the heat wave. He also got a new box - courtesy of Amazon selling 36 rolls of toilet paper (no need to worry about local barbarians stealing it). So, this morning Sniff was familiarizing himself with the new toy. And now both of them are sleeping in my room in their usual designated spots.
Someone finally switched the TV in our laundromat from ABC to Nick Jr. - and as much as Nick Jr. is a bunch of stupidity, the ability of not seeing the moronettes on the View is vastly appealing.
According to Ina, you can't make meringues in rainy or humid weather - it's sunny and clear, ladies! Let's make meringues! Because that's the first thought that pops into your mind on sunny and clear day!
Happy Birthday, Dobby! I wish your spirit would rub off on people from my step-mama country who can't appreciate the freedom they were granted!
Emma Watson claims that she owns only 8 pair of shoes - give me a break! Even I have that much! That stunning revelation, by the way, came after Emma was supposedly shocked when she saw the contents of Paris Hilton's closet. Who cares about the contents of either of their closets?!!!
Gwyneth Paltrow is trending at #3 because she was "flaunting" her "hot body" in "sexy lingerie" - at least she was not advising anyone on government policy.
Stanford, CA was proclaimed the smartest city in the US - New York did not make the list. But what surprises me the most is that any place from California made it on this list to begin with.
Kristen Bell proposed to the father of her baby via Twitter - aw, how sweet! Apparently, she could only do that after DOMA "was struck down" - what is it, another idiocy a la Brad Pitt?
Kris Jenner showed the picture of baby Kim, and even haters have to agree that she was an adorable baby - almost all babies are adorable, idiots! Unfortunately, that rarely translates into adulthood.
A farmer in Washington is feeding his pigs pot - the craving for bacon among some of the people I know just intensified
Justin Bieber's monkey is about to be released from quarantine in the German Zoo - unfortunately, the Bieber itself not quarantined from the general population.
And, finally, the renovations on Kensington Palace that were done in anticipation of Kate's baby cost British taxpayers around 1.5 million bucks - hum, Brits, if you think that's a lot of lettuce, do you want to exchange? We could send you Hussein and Michelle, and you can send them on vacations, and we will pay for Will and Kate's house.

MORNING UPDATE - JUNE 23
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Sunday! Shavua Tov! Wishing everyone a fantastic week! The weather is in triple H once again - yeppee, it's summer!
Feline companions are also not thrilled about the weather and are conserving their movements - sleeping more than usual.
Commercials are annoying to begin with, but being constantly bombarded by either Chris Christie telling that they are "stronger than the storm" or "poor people" whose life was simply in shambles before getting "Obama phones" is more exhausting than the triple H weather.
I recently joked at my roommate telling him that he is leading a decadent lifestyle by listening to the music in the shower; he parried it by informing me that even despite his Caligula-style ablutions, I still spend more time in there than he does.
Speaking of our shower - 2 visiting Bostonians were singing it praises and claiming that it's fantastic and just like a spa! Here is to shower heads that are not new or environmentally efficient!
The crazy upstairs is moving furniture for a change.
There is a whole bunch of sports-related news which I don't understand, so will skip reporting on.
I was reminded that yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the release of The Order of the Phoenix - man, do I feel old! Also, there was a discussion if that book indeed was the worst in the series - hell, yes!
Also, Will, Harry, Beatrice, Eugenie, and Pippa attended some kind of society wedding in the Alnwick Castle (which, apparently, was featured in the HP movies); Kate stayed behind - interesting turn of events.
In honor of North West the public was treated to a whole list of wacky names that celebs gave to their offspring - proving once again that having rich and famous parents does not necessarily make you a lottery winner.
It also looks like Bieber got himself another monkey, because he was searching for it in Miami and making the private jet company fume with his usual extreme lateness.
Coffee this morning in my clear funky glass from Target.

MORNING UPDATE - MAY 8
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Wednesday! It's raining today. George came to snuggle in last night, and Sniff - this morning. Now they are both slumbering in my room: Georgie on my bed, and Sniffles in the cat house. Ina was making scones - yay! Yesterday, or rather very early this morning, I finally finished a bottle of chardonnay that was purchased before the Purim of 2012 - am an embarrassment to my Russian heritage and proud of it! Also, still did not consume my Godiva freebies. Today is Yom Yerushalaim - anti-Semites of all stripes (including our own) are invited to gnash their teeth and be reminded once again that undivided Jerusalem belongs to us. And now, to important news. Universal Orlando is expanding their Harry Potter world - another example of HP working its wizardry in the muggle world. Guess what is trending at #1 right now? Kardashian bikini! It looks like Kim "bared her baby bump" in a "tiny bikini" - earth shattering news this is, for sure. Leonard Nimoy is trending at #5 because he and his "Spock successor" were featured in an Audi commercial - that one was really funny. Megyn Kelly is trending at #8 because Fox just renewed her contract - let the mud-slinging from the benevolent left begin. Americans don't get enough magnesium in their diet; good news - nuts and dark chocolate are full of it! Dennis Rodman tweeted a diplomatic plea to the leader of North Korea starting with "do me a solid" - paging psychiatric hotline. Urban Outfitters is under fire again - this time for selling shot glasses that look like prescription drug bottles. Critics claim it "glamorizes" the drug abuse - oh, come on, people! As long as it doesn't glamorize gun ownership, I think everyone should be happy. And a dude in Australia requested a custom level of Angry Birds in order to propose with it - interesting, that. Definitely beats "will you wash my tzizis" proposal. Selena Gomez "penned" a new song titled "Love Will Remember" about her romance with Biebs - aw....Who needs to read Romeo and Juliette, or The Sanatorium, or Pride and Prejudice, when we have such gorgeous and profound love ballads. And, finally, Kate is credited, once again, with bringing tiny purses and clutches into the spotlight - I guess our tasted divulge here. Coffee this morning in my smiley faces mug.

MORNING UPDATE - MAY 6
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Monday! The weather is a bit on the cool side, and the sun is gone for now - still loving it (although not as much as yesterday's weather). I think George finally settled on his fave window - it's the only one that still has a pretty much intact window shade. Sniff is now nibbling not only on my flippies, but on Baby Bro's yoga mat as well. He dragged it out of its hiding and made a couple of nice holes - not bad for a cat (even a largish one). Both of them came to snuggle with morning - each on their favorite side. Alton Brown was talking about sinco de maya food - boo!!! But Marc Summers was talking about America's fave starters, beginning with buffalo wings; Paula always saves the day with her unbelievable desserts, and Ina is talking about different flavored butters! Eat in good health, America! And speaking of effin 5th of May - waiting for the stories of mexicans offended by American flag, like they were last year and the year before. Graduate School of Theology at Abilene Christian University was transformed over the weekend into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and all the professors were given new names from the HP books - what a fantastic way to teach theology! Reese Witherspoon decided to brave it and put on a baseball cap with City of Atlanta PD on it, which prompted the debate about whatever it was a wise move on her part - I think we need to consult a couple of philosophy professors on this one, just to clarify the point and end the debate. 15 snacks that are not recommended during work - people, what planet are you from? When you are at work, and you missed lunch because at least 5 people want a piece of you, and it's after 3, and your hands are shaking from hunger - the LAST thing on your mind is how healthy the bloody snack is! "Aguilera rocks bombshell dress" - when she does something that involves the actual work of the brain waves, then you can report it; going around in "bombshell" dresses is basically an everyday occurrence to her. "How to do your makeup in 90 seconds" - just ask a working mother for a demo. "Bad managers cost the US economy billions in lost productivity each year, a new study finds" - I guess the study started and ended in DC. Justin Bieber, together with Usher, are facing a 10 mil lawsuit from 2 Virginian songwriters over the copy-write infringement - considering the infantile contents of their songs, even that they stole? "Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Symptoms Include Swollen Feet" - in other news, I made myself pancakes for breakfast. And, finally, drum roll! Now, according to Prince Harry and some other sources, Kate and Will are having a boy - people, wait already! It's not that long, for pete's sake! Also, get a life. Coffee this morning in my Disney Dalmatian Spots mug.

MORNING UPDATE - APRIL 29
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Monday! It's rainy again - but the sun will come out tomorrow! Baby Bro had guests over last night, which agitated our feline companions to no end - and now they are resting from all the excitement; George on my bed, and Sniff in the kitchen. The crazy upstairs is quite - but my dear rommie decided to pick up the mantel and was vacuuming cat hair from his knapsack. Also still wondering at who was it that gave our building manager a stern talking too - because today he looked positively dapper in a light lavender shirt that actually fits him. Alton Brown had a call or a visit, because he is talking about cranberries. Marc Summers, on the other hand, is talking about donuts - go figure. Also, wondering how Aarti is cooking with a huge bracelet on her right arm. A recent study conducted in England concluded that the holy Bible, Harry Potter, and 50 Shades are the most popular books in the British households - an interesting array, that. But as long as it's not Koran, the study yielded fantastic results. Trending at #5: Kate Hudson gets a surprise "star-studded" party for her 34th birthday - right here in NY, and I missed it! Heidi Fleiss is living quietly in Arizona, surrounded by parrots - gosh, if only Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton would follow her example! And yet another list: 9 health tips not to follow. The list suggests, among other things, that drinking coffee and alcohol is actually good for you, and that adults with BMI that qualified them as overweight lived longer than their skinnier counterparts - basically, eat, drink, be merry, and don't ever listen to anyone's advise, and you will live longer and happier life. Another advice - how to buy an engagement ring on a budget. Here is my take on it - just be a decent human being, and you can skip the ring altogether. "Kim Kardashian's Sex Tape Gets Reworked In Ray J's I Hit It First Music Video" - yuk and gross! "Selena Gomez is working on Sexy New Dance Moves - for Justin Bieber?" - another gross yukiness. By the way, they are yet to respond to my tweets. And, finally, happy second anniversary to Will and Kate! Coffee this morning in my San Fran latte mug.

MORNING UPDATE - APRIL 25
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Thursday! The weather continues to be nice and sunny - even though Sniff is still hugging the pipe in the bathroom. George can't make up his mind between his new amazon box and the coat closet - although this morning he came to snuggle at around 4 am. For those of you concerned with my forgetting to claim my freebies from Godiva - yesterday I got mine for April! Yay! And that's how I was reminded that I forgot to congratulate myself with my professional holiday yesterday - so happy belated professional holiday to me! This morning Access Hollywood was bemoaning the fact that Paltrow got a lot of "snark" for being pronounced the most beautiful woman in the world, especially from NY Post - Post, thank you! Also, she showed "a little skin" at the Iron Man III premier yesterday - lady, you already got your accolades! Show a little self-respect and get dressed! And Miley's daddy looks like he changed his hairdo since I last saw him and grew a strange beard - I guess playing with hair runs in the family. Ina talks about cooking with cheese, and Marc Summers had a whole segment on chocolate addicts' paradise: I wonder why this channel is still transmitting - maybe because White House food censors have bigger fish to fry right now (pun intended). Speaking of which - people "in the know" recommend to splurge on the following "pantry staples": saffron, vanilla beans, infused oils, and balsamic vinegar - yea, people in the know, I think you confused a working person's pantry with the one in the White House. Harry Potter is still working his magic on the economic front - HP experience in Universal Orlando was so popular that they decided to build one in their LA park. Harry and Co - could you please come to us and get rid of our own Voldemort and his bunch here? We will collect all the muggle money you guys might need for this enterprise! W's Presidential library is opening today - congratulations, Mr. President! I disagreed with a lot of your decisions, but you love our country and did the absolute best you could! "8 Proven Ways to Make Your Child Smarter" - why is reading only #6?!! That's the #1 way to make your child smarter - and you in the process! Bieber's tour bus was raided for pot in Stockholm - how original! And, finally, Kate rocked another maternity number and another pair of high heels - plus, according to US Weekly, she also "made an adorable face" - awwwww. Coffee this morning in my personalized NY WB store mug - gosh, do I miss that place!
MORNING UPDATE - APRIL 24
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Wednesday! The weather is supposed to be amazing today - yippee!!! George is napping on my bed again. Sniffles was caught in the act of chewing on my new flippies - bad cat! Ina is talking about meatloaf, deviled eggs, and cake - the censors are asleep at the wheel once again! Daniel Radcliffe is "tearing himself away" from Harry Potter role - again, hate to be a broken record, but he never looked like Harry to me to begin with. Today show run a segment about why men should date women their own age about 2 hours ago - I wonder how many men are still sitting down and scratching their heads at this one. Gwyneth Paltrow was voted by People magazine as the most beautiful woman in the world - I wonder how many women are still raising their eyebrows at this one. Personally, I invite the staff of People to take a short trip north to the Met and see what real beauty looks like. A school in our neighbouring Garden State banned strapless gowns from their 8th grade prom, claiming that those gowns would be "distracting" for the boys - wow! The first reaction is - stupid asses! The second reaction is - how dumb are you, people?! Straps don't do much in terms of making a dress more or less revealing! The third reaction - did the principle take lessons from our dear cousins or our own nuts? Miley Cyrus and some other star whose name I don't recognized wore the same striped outfit - both looked equally scary in it, so there is no "who wore it best" in my opinion. The first ever item sold on ebay was a broken laser pointer - there is absolutely no accounting for taste. Zuckerberg was the first person on FB - duh! Teachers in UK are banned from using red ink - bloody morons! And, finally, Hollywood Life asked its readers whose maternity style is better - Kate's or Kim's? Ouch! Coffee this morning in my funky clear glass from Target.

MORNING UPDATE - APRIL 21
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Sunday! Weather is sunny, but cold - Sniff abandoned the cat house in order to warm up by the pipe in the bathroom. George still prefers my bed. Also, this morning Sniffles came to snuggle again and this time landed on my shoulder and my head and was breathing in my ear. Attention Brooklynites: today our dear borough is holding it's first ever hot sauce competition somewhere in Billy Burgh. "Radical Muslim cleric" (as if there is any other kind) from Australia who "inspired" the Boston marathon bomber hated Harry Potter - proof positive once again that if someone despises Harry, there is something seriously wrong with them. Trending at #6 right now: Eva Longoria's new show Ready for Love was "pulled" the by network - which is bad news indeed, as will leave her with more time to "advocate" for the "rights" of the illegal barbarian invaders. Trending at #9: Kim Kardashian admits that she is a hypocrite for having a baby out of wedlock even though she "judged" her sister Kourtney for doing exactly this - spare me the idiocy of your entire clan, the procreation of which is dangerous to the society at large - and I don't care if it's married of single. Trending at #3: Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez caught kissing in Norway, which prompted the speculation of their getting together again - awww, Jelena resurrected! Vanity Fair pronounced Kate to be the best-dressed pregnant lady - which, I guess, is relatively easy to achieve when you have a decent clothing budged, and don't have to cook, clean, schlepp to work at 7 am, or cater to a husband who wants his house clean and dinner on time no matter how you feel. Baby Bro recently showed a marked preference to the green Target mug, and when I asked him why he admitted that one of the reasons is the absence of painted "advertisements". My coffee this morning is in Disney Dalmatian Spots mug.

MORNING UPDATE - APRIL 19
Good Morning, peeps! Happy Friday! Happy Erev Shabat! It's cloudy outside with rain threatening later on. The crazy upstairs is back with a vengeance. Baby Bro wants to enter Snif into cat races - we will see how that one is going to turn out. Ina was showing how to make a breakfast cake - where are you, parteigenosse Michelle? "Kaplan study shows that ESL educators use Harry Potter movies to teach English" - there are still people landing on these shores who actually want to learn English? Harry Potter magic at work again! Boston manhunt is trending at # 1 right now; but guess what is trending at #2? Kardahsian divorce! Yep, Kardashian-Humphries divorce settlement approved - so we can breathe easy (I assume especially after the Boston manhunt is over). And Kate Hudson was "oozing" elegance in her black dress and crock shoes - what is it about NY that propels everyone to wear black? And how can someone ooze elegance? Selena Gomez is still very much on Bieber's brain, and some reporters claim that a picture of her is his Iphone screensaver - maybe he was just too lazy to to change it? "Beyonce raises eyebrows with risque world tour outfits" - only her disgusting outfits raise everyone's eyebrows and nothing else? And Stile Blazer posted pictures of 15 celebrities with ugly feet - did they ever ride a NY subway? That's the collection of ugly feet right there. Coffee this morning in my Harry Potter mug.
