Today, I am deviating from the usual broadcast, as it is a very special day for our family! 24 years ago today our family left that fetid, horrible prison known as USSR! Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the gift of freedom! Blessed be the memory of President Ronald Reagan who defeated that Evil Empire! Peeps, whenever you were born here or immigrated, please do not take the blessing of freedom for granted! The freedom to be who you are, to practice your religion without fear, to educate your children without fear, to go to sleep without fear for your loved ones being carted away in the middle of the night, freedom to speak, write, and think! It is one of the biggest blessings He bestows on us - appreciate and enjoy it to the fullest!
