This just out: NY is only #4 among the cities with the worst traffic congestion; surprisingly, LA took second place...#1? Honolulu! My guess is that has something to do with Comrade Barak Hussein's birth certificate...Prince William admitted that he was not really able to sleep on the night before the wedding - due partially to nerves and partially to all the crowds singing on the streets.
